Many have expressed concern about what will happen if the TA is voted down.
Would we go back on strike? If so, would management come back to the bargaining table? Would further bargaining be conducted openly and with members’ input?
All of these are crucial issues that we need to address together, as a union. We are organizing with the goal of making CFA a more democratic union, with an elected bargaining team (not an appointed one), a strong commitment to open bargaining, and full transparency in communications and decision-making. WE ARE the CFA!
