Please check your email for an agenda as well as any changes to meeting times. Our meeting times for the remainder of Fall 2025 semester include:

  • a monthly General Membership meeting on the First Tuesday of the month, from 7-8:30pm, and
  • a Steering Meeting on the fourth Friday of the month from 2-3:30pm

unless otherwise noted. At least one meeting has been rescheduled due to Thanksgiving week. Please note that during the course of this semester, our bylaws have been changed to require once-a-month meetings, whereas they previously requiring twice a month meetings (due to changes in capacity of our members).
